{"id":24197,"date":"2023-05-04T14:08:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-04T11:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hoolekandeteenused.ee\/?page_id=24197"},"modified":"2023-05-04T14:09:07","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T11:09:07","slug":"our-values","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.hoolekandeteenused.ee\/en\/hoolekandeteenused_about_us\/our-values\/","title":{"rendered":"Values"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In fulfilling our mission, we focus on the following values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We treat ourselves and others with respect:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>we treat every person equally, regardless of their gender and ethnic, religious, social or other affiliations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we respect each person\u2019s fundamental rights to personal freedom, personal fulfilment, privacy and a sense of security;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we recognise differences in thinking and behaviour, as long as they do not conflict with other people\u2019s fundamental rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we do not accept emotional or physical violence and show courage in standing up to them;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We encourage people with special needs to live a full life:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>we encourage our clients to be active and to participate in the community;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we include the client\u2019s loved ones, friends and colleagues and work with them in order to create a supportive network for the client;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we value our client\u2019s progress in coping with life and inspire them to make further efforts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we help our clients organise their lives instead of organising their lives for them;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We are resourceful in our work:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>we get to know our client\u2019s special needs and strengths and know how to place ourselves in their shoes in order to better understand and guide them;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>along with specialists, we look for and test working methods that help us to provide our clients with the individual service they need;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we work to further our knowledge and skills in order to be ready for changes in the surrounding environment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we allow for mistakes if they mean that we learn to provide a better service, and we also share our experiences with others;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We are trustworthy companions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>we are professional, diligent and responsible in our work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we value one another\u2019s work efforts and we care about and support each other;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we act openly and share information with our clients, colleagues and partners in a comprehensible manner;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we are environmentally friendly so as to make our ecological footprint on Earth as small as possible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we stand by agreements and organisational rules and do not abuse the trust placed in us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In fulfilling our mission, we focus on the following values.
