AS Hoolekandeteenused is a state-owned company whose main activity is providing welfare services for adults with special psychological needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 1700 individuals with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities who need help and support in handling daily activities use our services. We employ approximately 900 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to improve employment, we have established the foundation Hea Hoog, which finds job opportunities for people with special needs, creates jobs and sells the products created by people with special needs. AS Hoolekandeteenused was founded in 2007 with the aim of bringing the management and administration of special care homes under one roof and providing better and more even quality of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
