AS Hoolekandeteenused operates under the authority of\nthe Ministry of Social Affairs and is 100% state-owned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sole shareholder, the Republic of Estonia, is\nrepresented by the Minister of Social Protection on behalf of the Ministry of\nSocial Affairs, who constitutes the general meeting. The general meeting is the\nhighest directing body of AS Hoolekandeteenused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supervisory Board<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main tasks of the supervisory board are to\nguarantee the existence of the company’s strategic aims and business plan and\nto ensure that the management board is acting to implement them. The\nsupervisory board also instructs the management board in order to ensure the\ncompany’s internal control system and signs off on transactions regarding\neveryday economic affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Management Board<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The management body of the company represents the\ncompany and leads its everyday operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Audit committee<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The audit committee is the body formed by the company’s supervisory board whose mission is to advise the supervisory board on issues related to internal controls, internal audits, risk management and supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
