We are glad to recruit interns with whom we can share our work and to whom we can provide experience. As we are also able to gain new ideas from interns, the benefit is mutual. We have a great team that is used to working with different kinds of people and we offer the chance to grow and learn from those with more experience. At Hoolekandeteenused, internships are practical!

People come to us from the social field and other fields, and also via the Unemployment Insurance Fund. For example, we have worked with students coming from the fields of personal assistance, care work, social care work, social work, special needs education, nursing, human resources, catering and andragogy. Internships are also available in the fields of finance, real estate, IT, communication and records management.

You should get in touch if you are marked out by your empathy, sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn. We would like to meet you beforehand in order to discuss expectations and then begin working together.

Interns do not need to know Estonian, though we will need to determine beforehand whether existing employees can speak the intern’s language.
