We stand for a stronger society by creating job positions for people with special needs.
One element of an egalitarian society is offering people equal job opportunities regardless of their age, gender, nationality, special needs or other characteristics. Society should accept and welcome colleagues and employees with special needs.
Vision
Hiring people with special needs is no longer a rare practice, but a normality. People with special needs can find paid, manageable jobs, which in turn improves their health and living situation.
